WHY WE THINK TO START MyPahchan?

In the year 2007 in June, I transferred from Sirsa (HARYANA) to Jaisalmer (RAJASTHAN).

In my service tenure at Jaisalmer (2007-May,2008) I joined B.Ed. the course at Pokhran so that the second career option can be ready after Retirement from IAF.

“But

On One Day in one-night duty in a remote area of Jaisalmer Base during rest time I was writing the B.Ed. teaching files and suddenly realized that

·  Why myself in search of second options,

·  Why people change from one job to another, or why certain people are dissatisfied with their current job,

· Why some people are more successful and satisfied

· Why do siblings have different achievement profiles?

· Why do people migrate from one place to another for a job?

· Why certain segments of societies are overdeveloped but why some segments are underdeveloped?

· Why is some part of the Nation well-to-do but some part of the nation is underdeveloped?

Points the very next day I discussed with one of my Senior (Mr. R Singh, W.O.) and he guided me to go study “Psychology”.          

I joined M.Sc. APPLIED PSYCHOLOGY AND PGDGC at Annamalai University to know about the Unique Features of Each Individual.

During the course period came across different types of facts and figures about Individual Development and Unique Features.

During three years of Psychology study, we did many Psychometric Tests on different subjects with the help of different types of tools (Psychometric) and got accurate analysis of subjects.

Then How to recognize the “UNIQUE FEATURES” of each individual without being “Unbiased”? at all levels of the Nation with the help of “Psychometric Assessment Tests” are a very tough task for us but in the year 2016 (June) put up the foundation of “MyPahchan” so that we can spread awareness among people so that each individual are unique and their uniqueness can be recognized and realized through scientific ways that are Psychometric Assessment Tests/ Comprehensive Career Assessment Tests.

If an individual’s true potential is recognized at an early stage, then we can create a history for the Development / Growth of the individual, Society, and Nation by saving many numbers Unproductive Years.

But now such a Huge Task can be started? This was a “BIG QUESTION” in front of Us.

Our team found that there is no proper platform in the area of the underdeveloped part of the Nation, If there is a platform then they have a lot of LIMITATIONS but we are open and approachable to all through all means i.e., Online/Offline around the clock.
