The foundation of MyPahchan was inspired by real-life experiences and observations during the professional journey of its founder, Santosh Kumar Rai, an Air Veteran Sergeant from the Indian Air Force.

During his service tenure in Jaisalmer in 2007, while pursuing B.Ed. studies for future career planning, several fundamental questions emerged:

Mr. Santosh Kumar Rai (Air Veteran) is a persuasive, influential, and highly experienced Technocrat Professional with more than 20 years of distinguished service experience in Guided Weapon Systems (GWS) in the Indian Air Force.

During his tenure in the Indian Air Force, he provided over 07 years of On-the-Job Training (OJT) to JIT Crews in Guided Weapon Systems, contributing significantly to technical training, operational excellence, and professional development.
